ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The incumbent performs the following roles and responsibilities in accordance with the management system in place, which he or she helps to maintain and improve in a preventive and continuous manner.

• Oversee the planning and supervision of work, ensuring compliance with standards, specifications, plans, etc.
• Read and interpret architectural, civil, electrical, and mechanical drawings.
• Work closely with the draftsman.
• Review work methods
• Ensure excellent long-term business relationships with all subcontractors, partners, and suppliers.
• Deliver quality construction projects on time and on budget.
• Manage human resources on the construction site.
• Inform your immediate supervisor of any potential or actual problems on the construction site.
• Any other related tasks.
