DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The incumbent performs the following roles and responsibilities while adhering to the existing management system, which they contribute to maintain and improve proactively and continuously:
Lead the planning and implementation of the service department.
Establish and manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Define project tasks and resource needs/allocation.
Manage project budgets.
Plan and monitor project timelines, providing direction and support to the project team.
Ensure quality assurance is implemented and maintained throughout project execution.
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards according to company, client, and CNESST requirements.
Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
Perform technical follow-ups (technical sheets, inspections, etc.) and warranty tracking.
Set up appropriate structures and procedures, ensuring preparation of final project documents and manuals with project managers.
Develop the service department.
Perform any other related tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIFIC SKILLS
Education / Experience / Certification
Relevant experience in electrical work and construction management.
Knowledge
Excellent command of French, both written and spoken.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
Knowledge of collective agreements.
Knowledge of project planning.
Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
